Egypt bought wheat from France, USA and Ukraine

In the tender of February 8, Egypt purchased 300 KMT of wheat from France, USA and Ukraine for delivery on March 21-31, 2019, at an average price of $260.58/MT C&F. The purchase price in the previous tender equaled $262.77/C&F, reports UkrAgroConsult.

Russian wheat was too expensive to be competitive for the second consecutive tender.

So, the purchase included the following:

In the previous tender on January 29, Egypt bought 360 KMT of milling wheat from France and Romania to be delivered on March 11 - 20, 2019.
