Russia. 2018 grain crop totaled 110 MMT in net weight

According to the Agriculture Ministry of Russia, this year’s grain crop in the country has amounted to 110 MMT in net weight. This is up 11% from its five-year average, reports UkrAgroConsult.

The harvest of grains and pulses is 100% complete.

In addition, the 2018 crop of oilseeds may total 18 MMT, or 1.5 MMT more than a year ago.

The Agriculture Ministry forecasts Russia’s 2018/19 grain export potential at 39 MMT, including 34 MMT of wheat.
