Ukrainian agribusinesses exported 11.1 million tonnes of grain from July 1, 2018, the start of the 2018-2019 marketing year (MY), to October 17, 2018.

In particular, Ukraine exported 6.6 million tonnes of wheat, 2.3 million tonnes of barley, and 1.9 million tonnes of maize, the Ukrainian Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry's press service said. Over the period under review, the agrarians also shipped abroad 57,200 tonnes of flour.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukrainian agrarians exported 39.4 million tonnes of grain in the 2017-2018 MY, according to preliminary data.
