Ukraine used up quotas for grain exports to the EU

By September 25, 2018, Ukraine had used up a number of quotas for duty-free agricultural exports within the framework of its free trade area with the EU, said Deputy Ag Minister for European Integration Olga Trofimtseva.

In particular, Ukrainian exporters fully filled the tariff quotas for wheat gluten, wheat and corn.

In addition, they used up additional trade preferences granted in 2017 for corn and wheat.

The tariff quotas for treated starch is filled by 99.4%, reports UkrAgroConsult.
