Ukrainian groats production on the rise

Ukraine increased groats production in the first ten months of 2018 compared with January-October 2017. This upturn is accounted for mostly by higher outputs of oat and buckwheat groats (up 171.1% and 14.7%, respectively), reports UkrAgroConsult.

In the period under review, a substantial decline was observed in production of millet and barley groats (down 41% and 20.3%, respectively).
