In November 2018, Belarus imported the maximum monthly volumes of rapeseed since the beginning of last year — 36.5 thsd tonnes, reported the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus (Belstat). In 2018, the previous maximum monthly import volumes of rapeseed were recorded in August, and totaled 34.4 thsd tonnes.

The upward dynamics of purchases mainly developed, due to increasing of capacities of the processing industry in Belarus.

In November, Belarus purchased the whole volumes of rapeseed from Russia.
