According to the Statistics Committee of the Economy Ministry of Kazakhstan, vegetable oils production in November 2018/19 amounted to 30.3 KMT, i.e. it fell to a five-year low for this time, report UkrAgroConsult’s analysts.
The greatest drop is observed in production of sunflower oil. So, output of the unrefined product in November 2018 was down 3% at 10.9 KMT against 11.2 KMT in the previous month. Its production was almost one-quarter smaller than in November 2017. Production of refined sunflower oil in November increased almost 9%, to 8.5 KMT against 7.8 KMT in October 2017. However, it was down almost 40% from November 2017.
