Ukraine. AgroLiga Group put into operation a new oil extractor

AgroLiga Group has held a ceremony of opening its oil extraction plant in Kharkiv region, reports UkrAgroConsult.

The plant was built according to the ecologically friendly concept with strict observation of environmental standards and, most significantly, from the scratch. It is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment.

The oil extractor’s initial crushing capacity will be 110 KMT of sunseed a year, with its increase to 170 KMT on a phased basis.

The plant has a full processing cycle: from receiving, storage, preliminary preparation of sunseed to full refining and subsequent packing of the finished product.

The present-day extraction line will make it possible to raise the oil yield rate by 10% compared to the pressing technology of oil production. The plant was constructed with the possibility of switching its equipment to production of soybean and rapeseed oils with no additional investment in this equipment.

The launch of the plant will bring the Group’s sunflower oil market share in Kharkiv region up to 10-12%.
