The agri-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv cut soybean oil sales by 55% in 3Q2018.

Soybean oil export reduced from 9.99 thou. tons in 3Q2017 to 4.48 thou. tons in 3Q2018.

Soybean meal sales, on the contrary, increased by 6% from 27.49 thou. tons to 29.19 thou. tons.

The average realized price of soybean oil is 3% lower and amounts to 19.29 thou. UAH/t, whereas soybean meal price has risen by 23% to 11.79 thou. tons.

For the siх months of 2018, Astarta-Kyiv reduced net income by 49% to EUR 37 million.
