The 2017/18 season featured changes among Ukraine’s major producers of refined sunflower oil compared to last marketing year. So, Bunge Ukraine became a new leader with a market share of 17.7% against 16.6% in MY 2016/17, reports UkrAgroConsult.
The company replaced Kernel Group, which was the top manufacturer of refined sunflower oil in Ukraine before (a 20.1% market share in MY 2016/17), but fell to second place in MY 2017/18.
In addition, the 2017/18 top producers of refined sunflower oil included the following companies: Delta-Wilmar CIS, Viktor & K, Oliyar, UkrOliya, VVVV, Zaporizhia Fat-and-Oil Plant, Kyiv Margarine Plant, and Polohy Oil-Extraction Plant.
