In September 2018, soybean oil production by large and medium-sized crushers in Ukraine totaled 12.1 KMT. This is up 5.2% from the same month last year and, reports UkrAgroConsult.
As expected, the new market operation rules in the 2018/19 season have raised interest in soybean processing. UkrAgroConsult predicts that almost half the soybean crop will be processed this season, and the interest of crushers will increase from December 2018. Soybean oil production in the 2018/19 season will rise to record level.
