Khmilnitske LLC, a subsidiary of the agri-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv, harvested sugar beet from 5.6 thou. hectares.

The indicated volume makes up more than a half of the total area under the crop in the holding.

It is noted that more than 100 thou. tons of sugar beet are delivered to Zhdanov Sugar Plant.

Previously it was reported that within the first month of MY2018/19 the Ukrainian producers had exported 11.1 thou. tons of sugar, which is half as much as in the previous month
