Between November 26, 2018, and November 30, 2018, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the agri-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv purchased its own shares in the quantity of 6 213 with the average price of PLN 28,51 per share (USD 7,58).

Note: the number of registered shares of Astarta-Kyiv is 25 million.

The shares are bought acting pursuant to the Resolution No. 8 adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 25 May 2018.
