Between September 24, 2018, and September 28, 2018, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the agri-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv purchased its own shares in the quantity of 6 900 with the average price of PLN 29,96 per share (USD 8.03). The holding purchases its own shares within the Buyback program.

Earlier it was reported that Astarta-Kyiv purchased its own shares in the quantity of 4 487 with the average price of PLN 32,14 per share between September 3, 2018, and September 7, 2018.

The shares have been bought acting pursuant to the Resolution No. 8 adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 25 May 2018.

Note: the number of registered shares of Astarta-Kyiv is 25 million.
