The agri-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv purchased its own shares in the quantity of 4 000 with the average price of PLN 30,06 per share (USD 7.98) between October 1, 2018 and October 5, 2018, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Earlier it was reported that Astarta-Kyiv had purchased its own shares in the quantity of 6 900 with the average price of PLN 29,96 per share (USD 8.03).

Note: the number of registered shares of Astarta-Kyiv is 25 million.
