As of November 21, 2018, refineries in Ukraine produced 1.32 million tons of sugar.

The National Association of Sugar Producers of Ukraine (Ukrsugar) informs that 9.95 million tons of sugar beet were processed by the reporting date.

The production of sugar in the current marketing year is expected to be slightly less than 2 million tons, despite the reduction in the number of functioning refineries.

Sugar production season started 40 enterprises.
